This collection was created by drawing from my identity as an American woman of Indian descent. I borrowed lines and drapes from the traditional Indian saree, while also bringing in elements of American minimalism and modern textiles. The harmonious combination of the colors, prints, silhouettes, and materials represents the duality of my blended culture.
